Si je m'abonne, combien de temps serais-je engagé à WeddingPlan ?

Vous pouvez choisir de vous abonner avec l'abonnement mensuel qui vous engage seulement jusqu'au mois suivant ou avec l'abonnement annuel qui vous engage jusqu'à la date anniversaire de votre abonnement.

Sans annulation de l'abonnement de votre part, la réconduction est tacite.

Peut-on être plusieurs à travailler sur le même compte ?

Oui, vous pouvez être jusqu'à 2 d'une même équipe à travailler sur le même compte. (Un surcoût est appliqué pour les utilisateurs supplémentaires)

De plus, pour chacun de vos événements, un compte sera créé spécialement pour vos clients afin qu'ils aient accès aux informations que vous souhaitez leur partager.

Suis-je accompagné dans la configuration de mon compte ?

Nous mettons à disposition de tous nos clients une banque de vidéos afin de vous accompagner dans la configuration de vos comptes.

Si besoin, un membre de notre équipe peut également être à vos côtés pour vous accompagner dans vos premiers pas sur WeddingPlan.
